- Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Non-returnable items: Some items are non-returnable. These may include:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items on sale or clearance

2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service email to request a return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item.
- You are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service email.
6. Shipping Returns

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
