1. Do you deliver anywhere in Bangladesh?
Yes, we deliver to all districts and upazilas in Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
2. How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: May take longer depending on courier availability
3. How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charge depends on your location and product size/weight.
The exact shipping cost will appear on the checkout page before you place an order.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We may offer:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online payment (if available)
Payment options shown on the checkout page are the ones currently active.
5. How do I track my order?
If tracking is available, we will share the tracking link through SMS or WhatsApp after shipping.
You can also contact us for updates.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 7 days and share photos/videos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order has not been shipped yet.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

If the order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

The order was cancelled before shipment
