Return and Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience with Bototola.
If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

  • An incomplete package (missing parts)

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days after receiving the product

  • Product must be unused and in the original packaging (unless the damage is internal or packaging was already damaged)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products used or altered by the customer

  • Clearance/sale items (if stated as non-returnable)

  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable and clearly mentioned)

If something is unclear, you may contact us before placing your order.

3. Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp, phone, or email

  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review the case

  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup (based on courier availability)

In some areas, you may need to drop the item at the nearest courier branch.

4. Replacement Policy

If the received item qualifies for a return:

  • We will send you a replacement of the same product

  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund instead

Replacement shipping cost is usually covered by us if the mistake is from our side.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued when:

  • You received a defective or wrong item

  • Product is out of stock during replacement

  • Your order was cancelled before shipment

  • A valid reason is confirmed by our support team

Refunds are issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad, if available)

  • Original payment method (if supported)

Refund processing time:

  • 3–10 working days, depending on the payment partner

6. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping cost depends on the situation:

  • If the problem is from our side (wrong item, damaged item):
    We cover the return and replacement cost.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before shipment

  • If already shipped, cancellation may not be possible

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will follow the same process as Section 5
