1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products anywhere in Bangladesh, using trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may depend on courier service access in your area.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

  • Remote/Hard-to-reach areas: May take longer

Please note:

  • Delivery time may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unexpected situations.

  • Working days do not include weekends or government holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges vary based on product size, weight, and location.
Shipping fees will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Processing

After you place an order:

  1. We verify product availability

  2. Our team processes the order

  3. We hand it over to the courier partner

Orders placed outside working hours will be processed the next working day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we may send a tracking link (depending on the courier) so you can follow the delivery progress.

If tracking is not available, you may contact our support team for updates.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery to your address.
If you are unavailable:

  • The courier may call you

  • A second attempt may be made

  • After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us

In such cases, re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong product

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order details.

We will review the case and offer a:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy)

Inspect your package at the time of delivery whenever possible.

8. Wrong Address or Contact Information

Please double-check your address and phone number before confirming the order.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

9. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier workload

  • Weather disruptions

  • National holidays

  • Political situations

  • Remote location challenges

We will do our best to assist if there are unexpected delays, but we cannot guarantee courier delivery times.
