We currently ship to the following regions:
- All over Bangladesh (Inside Dhaka, Outside Dhaka)
- If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service email to discuss possible shipping options.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Handcrafted Products: Some of our items are handcrafted and made-to-order, which may require additional processing time. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 2990 tk.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note:
- Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on destination.
- Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
